Question about my second No Front Plate ticket.... :/ *wall of text*
I got pulled over two weeks ago for speeding (Im a dumb ***). He couldn't get me for speeding so he gave me a ticket for tinted windows, exhaust, no front plate, and exp. registration. I go to court for that next month.
I was driving on Firestone Blvd. going ~48ish (im not lying) and I see a cop at Arby's drive way. I knew he was going to pull me over. He does and I tell him I was going to pick up my sisters at cheer leading practice and I didn't want to leave them standing outside. Next thing I know he walks to the front of my car and im like "fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu". He asks me whats the speed limit on Firestone Blvd. and I say "forty". He says its thirty-five. I didn't say anything.
I get a ticket for going 45 on a 35 and as I leave and get back on Firestone there was a sign that said SPEED LIMIT 40.
1. He said this front plate ticket is not correctable. What does that mean? Do I have to pay it? The first one is correctable.
2. What happens if I get caught a third time? Front plates really irk me.
3. Is my insurance going to go up for going 5mph faster?
4. Can I do community service instead of paying?
Cliffs:
-Driving on Firestone blvd.
-buy a gun
-in my mouth
-a **** I cant do it ****.

Use a front plate from now on.
/thread
You can contest the 45 on a 35 if the speed limit is truly 40, but then you'd still be going 45 on a 40.
It's up to the judge if he want you to pay, or do community service, you can tell them you would like to do community service but you broke the law they would care less what you want.
Insurance will probably go up regardless of rate of speed, speeding is speeding.

speeding is speeding so now that you got caught its either up to you to either plead guilty or fight it...quit being a rebel and put your front plate back on and follow the law and if that isn't practical to you then get yourself a bus schedule...your only attracting the law by bringing unwanted attention to yourself

You really don't know the answers to your own questions??
Pay the ticket and put on your ****en plates on...you were speeding so stop crying about that and pay the fines. It's easy as that!

Its funny how forums work... One person says something negative and everyone else continues the same thing.
