gokart
i built a d series gokart but i need a gas tank. any suggestions if i should u a civic gas tank or fuel cell. and where could i get it for cheap. im on budget($400, spent $250)
Definlty not a full tank from a car, depending on what you call a go kart. Just get a fuel cell off ebay, as long as it holds gas it should work. I was real close to using a milk jug for my tank but it wasn't close to running and had some buddies make me one.

Why dont you simplify the steering and get rid of the rack and pinion and go with a go kart type steering system.
Are you using he whole suspention system too? Post some pics up, souds like your making it harder than it needs to be...

"All the weight in the front"...do you mean this'll be a FWD go-kart? This IS sounding a bit fishy...
Edit: Although I don't know why someone would lie about something like this...
Re-edit: Although then again, someone did lie about owning an R, and posted a bunch of pics of someone else's car...
