I'm kinda late to the use of a hf/cx/hx mani to fit a turbo on. Does it bolt on to any D series? Any specific model years' mani that works best? and what kind of turbos can you bolt on like this? Looks cool, it would certainly add to the budget beater appeal in a D series car How do you wastegate it?

i used a CX manifold on my 1st turbo LS setup about 2 yrs ago.. of course i had to modify the bolt holes and do some porting, but it managed to get me some decent times on a stock LS and t3t4b turbo.. 13.3@ 103 @ 8 psi..

88-91 CRX HF
88-89 Civic STD

i beleive the 92-95 Civic CX has the same style... any honda manifold that has the cat next to the engine on the manifold

the most use applications are the 14B, T15, 16G, etc
with the correct adapter plate u can bolt almost anything

since its a D series manifold, it fits ant D series engine

stock manifolds tend to be strong, havent seen one break yet, cast iron i think?? not to fragile, you wastegate it using a turbo with an internal wastegate or you can custom fab up a external wastegate hole, might be kinda difficult tho

yeah i think itsa hella tight idea...cause now i dont have to spend hella money on a log mani... just use my old CX mani. oo baby FREE...

for the cx/hf/ manis... u need an adaptor plate...correct?
