Oil in coolant burning oil.
b16 9:1 ductile iron sleaves eagle rods. No i didnt replace the o-ring damn do you think this could be the problem. I definetly did it in the correct order, but the psi on the bolts might be wrong what is it on the arp's. I couldnt get a straight answer from arp so i did it to oem specs. Where is that oil ring you speak of?

On the block's mating surface, toward the back of the block, is where the oil control orifice is located. If you didn't replace its o-ring, you could have 50+psi of oil going to your HG. The oil could be finding it's way to coolant and mixing.

Well I did a leak down test and i have leakage between 3 and 4. So the good news is i found the problem the bad news is it could be a number of reasons.
Dropped wall head gasket, etc. I guess ill just tear it appart this weekend and find out. Wish me luck
