Default headwork and now the dizzy wobbles?

ok so i replaced all the valve stem seals on my d16 crx si head (on a d15 bottom end) and after putting it all back together and hooking everything back up it wont start. i just noticed it has a CEL code 10 for the intake air temp sensor, but i have no way of testing the ohms of the sensor. the thing that scares me the most is the distributor seems to wobble back and forth when it turns over. almost like the cam or something in the dizzy is bent.
any ideas on what to do?

If the entire unit is "wobbling," try tightening the distributor mounting bolts.

Sounds like maybe the bearings in the distributor are bad..
Look inside the cap and see if the rotor or the cap have been damaged.

Sounds to me like the distributor is 180 degrees out. Make sure the distributor is inserted into the cam right, because it will bind if it is installed wrong.
