Im running like 7psi but when I reach that amount of boost or at low boost for a while in high rpm the car will hesitate the turbo will spool up quick then it repeats until I turn the car off then on again then it acts normal....and when i hit high bost I smell fuel ....fyi its a t3/t4 on a d16z6 with a vortech fmu stock ecu...

 

Sounds like your runnin' pig rich. I would look into upgrading from the fmu. Also what type of plugs are you using. You could also be blowing out spark but I'm pretty sure it's because your running rich.

 

yeah you really need to get something to tune the fuel better
try to get a hondata or something better than an FMU
