On the Blitz Boost controller install it has the In line between the Turbo and Throttle Body. Does this mean that I have to tap my drag piping to accept the line, or can I take it from someplace else.

No you can just run it to any vacumm source. Preferably the intake manifold or if you have a fitting on your turbo run it there, then t it and run a line to the wastegate...

If you're talking about a boost source for the controller's solenoid than I highly recomend tapping right after the comressor outlet, especially if you're running an external wastegate.
There is a slight pressure drop between the compressor outlet and the intake mani. If you use the intake mani as a boost source w/ an external gate, sometimes that lower amount of boost won't be strong enough to hold the gate down. When this happens, you get a drop in boost pressure at high rpms where you need boost to be steady

Isnt the lower wastegate line connected at the compressor outlet on the turbo. So your saying is for me to tap on the compressor pipe that connects right after the turbo. What about on the charge pipe that runs to the throttle body.
