What noise? A squeak, rattle, squeal, clunk? Be more descriptive. Find where it is coming from.

Noises are definitely not normal with lowering springs. As mentioned, check to make sure everything is tightened properly. Also check to see if your tires are hitting anything when you turn the wheel. What springs did you use?

The noise only happens while turning, not while going over bumps?

Hmmm... I do not agree to some point...

Yes, the noise is not normal, but it is not abnormal either...

The new springs must settle in and that produces noises...

I.E. when turning, going over a bump and so on...

Give it a few days BUT DRIVE CAREFULLY...

Before you drive, check that everything is tightened properly and that everything is seating where it should...

It should settle in 6-7 days of driving... if it doesn't then check for problems...
