Coils/Springs are rattling..
I got new adjustable coils a while back on my car and when i turn sharp they make a rattling noise. At first I thought it was maybe some loose screws rolling around in the boot but when I looked it was empty, there wasn't anything that could be making noise, i shrugged it off until now because it irritates me. I'm not familiar with suspension at all really but the thing that seems to be making noise is the spring looking part, it actually moves freely up and down.. I don't know what brand they are because no one told me but i feel like that shouldn't be happening. It makes the car sound rickety and old .. lol.
The set up is like this
but they're just plain grey.
The springs seem to be bouncing up and down freely.
I know i probably don't sound very smart , but don't be mean!!

Re: Coils/Springs are rattling..
When the car is up in the air, your springs might not have preload on them...which is why the move around when the car is jacked up. It's normal depending on how low you are and how badly the springs were designed.
That's probably not your issue.
Did you put rubber spacers (that should have been provided with the kit) between the threaded collars and your shocks?
The threaded collar slips over your shock. But it rattles around. If you slip a few thick enough rubber donuts over the shock first...and then slip the threaded collar over....they no longer rattle.
There could also be a thousand other things causing noise. None of which are diagnosable on the internet without seeing or driving or working on the car. Consider taking it to a " performance" type shop that works on Hondas.
