What all tools do I need to swap out for new struts and springs?
I got some new 'used' ebay struts and springs. I figure I will need atleast a spring compressor to be on the safe side. What all other tools do I needed? Are there any specialty tools?
Thanks,
Nick

an impact gun would make work faster..but i just used a socket (forgot what size) and a wrench the same size for the bolts i had to hold on each side. plus a saw to cut the plastic top piece with..**** i forgot what that was called too...early in the AM :-(
anyway, a socket and wrench to fit, a saw, and spring compressor. have fun!

That would be the bumpstop. And it's rubber, so you can use a utility knife to cut it. You'll cut it in half, and use the larger part of the cone for the install.
You'll need a socket set, breaker bar, spring compressor, PB Blaster (I'd start lubing the bots a few days before you do the install), and hex keys. You'll need the hex keys to remove the nut from the top of the shock to re-use the stock mounts.

What is the 17mm? I'm having a brain fart. Also, allen keys may not be necessary. If you have stock shocks/springs on there now you'll need a spring compressor.
