Edelbrock 65mm Throttle body with Performance X Intake Manifold
Will this be good for a B18B turbo set up? I want to keep everything as carb legal as possible. Are the 70mm and Victor X going to yield that much more hp vs the 65mm and Performance X set up?

The victor x manifold is NOT CABB LEGAL!! 
Yes it will be good, not much on power gains if you are boosted btwn the 65 & 70mm TB's. I would get a 68 IMO, that is what I run! Really you shoud just keep you TB and get it boared out for like 100-150$ and spend the rest of the $$ on somthing more important like TUNING
