Default Apexi VAFC

i just installed my apexi vafc...whenever i floor it...my car bogs and kicks back at 6500. is there a way where i can change that on the controller? i cant seem to find a way. i need it to let me rev up to redline at least.

would it be a wiring problem or just need to do it through the controller?

If you initialized it proper, then it should have no affect on the way the engine runs -if- you leave everything at stock settings. You probably just have a loose wire or something. Also there are wires that need to be spliced in a different distances from the ecu, make sure the correct wire is closer.

Yup...your car should run like stock until you start playing with it.

if your CEL is on, most codes will put your car into "limp mode," kinda like a safe mode for your computer...
