i have a greddy t3 turbo.. i believe the internal wastegate is set at 8psi.. does this mean i can't run higher than 8psi because that is all the exhaust flow this turbo is able to release??

and.. am i able to change the internal wastegate rate by a MBC??

Not at all. All you need (basically) is a 50 dollar boost controller.
