Default d16a6 boost Q's

hey i got a d16a6 with basic bolt ons,whole msd system ((beside 2step module)). with a 55 shot of the wet ZEX single foger...thats (engine wise) and i dont know if its me but it dont seem to be fast enough..im considering a JRSC but im not sure if the motor can handle it WITH the ZEX...what things will i need to change to do this? BTW this is my only car to commute with.... thank you

Dude, with all the cash you would dumping into a Super Charger & engine strengthening. You could build a motor that will put out stronger base HP from the get go. B-Series would be a better choice id think. There's no replacement for displacement. How many bottles have you pushed already using a 55 shot?

not even one,i would say ive only used it 6 times on a drag...the thing is i jus recently got the bottle and i just wanna get in the 13's..anything that will get me .500 of a sec faster? engine wise

you have to decide if you're gonna stay with that engine or if you're willing to swap.
alot of people say i don't have the money for a swap...well duh, you have to save. But in the long run you will save because the price for a swap is alot less than it would cost you to get your d16a6 pushing the power of a b16 or b18 swap. So, you're eventually saving yourself money.
But if you do stick with the d16a6, i'd say dump the nitrous and build your own turbo buildup pushin 7 psi.

ya now im leaning to a motor swap,because i want to keep the nitrous(jus got it) soo i dont want to dump it...well winter about to come soo mayb ill jus save during the time and when sun come out again hopefully ill know what i want by then...thanks

if you're gonna keep the zex...i'd say get a FPR and turn it up cuz i'd hate to see you blow that thing.
