Default Reliability after engine build?

Curious to see, if I were to have my engine built for alot of nitrous, would I lose all reliability of the car? People have been telling me that it wont be reliable at all. This could be coming from people who havent done ****, but want to here from people with Lude's.

On an engine built for NOS why not, mine is holding up fine..
