Power shifting?
from a friend of mine i heard of somthing im not so sure about even if its possble .. but he was asking me if i kne how to power shift he said you shift at around 5k rpms withought clutching ang it will go into gear .. i unno i don thtink this is posoible but he said that he saw sum1 do it in a old civic is this true?

yea thats what my friend does when he shifts into 3rd at high rpms or else it will grind.

Don't know if it is called power shifting but what you are talking about is when you rev match the gears. You just pull it out of the gear you are in at the right rpm then get the rpm just right again to put it in the next gear. Waste of time but it's possible.

rev matching and powershifting are different animals.
rev matching or double clutching is associated with road course, twisties type racing/ driving.
powershifting is for drag racing.

ovbiously, you dont need the clutch to shift at anytime....of course you also dont HAVE to breathe.....when it comes to even "aggressive" daily driving, even if your being a mad tyte str33t rac3R, theres no reason not to use the clutch
