Default High Idle

My 93 SR seems to be idleing very high latley, I've tried removing and cleaning the air intake control valve with no luck. I've tried adjusting the screw on top of the throttle body, but as soon as I drive the car it idles back at 1,100-1,500 RPM

this came about the same time as I took my Zex kit out but I dont know how that could effect the idle.

Anyone have any ideas?

Thats not THAT high. my car sometimes idles at 500...so you should be lucky you dont have the opposite problem. It might have to do with oil pressure, or coolant though.... Check the ecu codes.

none the less its not the right idle speed... if your car is idleing at 500 you should adjust it.

my whole coolent system as been replaced latley, I tried to check the bleeder screw on top of the thermostat but I didn't seen any coolent. should it be flushed and filled?

Nothing came out when you loosened it?

is there anything in the reservoir? Open the radi cap and check you level. It may be a good idea just to go ahead and change/flush. Could be a cheap fix.
