You could take out your spark plugs & look at them. Black & soot = rich. White = lean.

i hooked up the o2 sensor and even though im not getting a CEL code for the o2 sensor...my car is running like ****....it doesnt accelerate as if it wasnt getting enough air or gasoline..

it sounds like this "vroooom put put vrooom put put put vroo put put v put" it sounds like it choking...

and the spark plugs are dark but look like in good condition

Is this a new o2 sensor is it the same bad one you posted about a week ago? If its the same bad one, don't make anymore posts until you fix it

Is it possible your timing is off slightly? Just another idea

this o2 sensor is good..i was using it with the accord engine prior to the swap..its like 3 months old...my timing was fine when i first turned the car on when i completed the swap and an hour later this **** happens..if its not the timing what can it be..the injectors seem clean and fuel rail is clean too.

Im not good at H series motors but is the ecu the wrong 1.. You said it was a swap and i do know if u have a wrong ecu it will cause it to run super rich.. I had a D15b7/D16a6 ecu/dizzy in my old EF hatch And i used a ZC ECU at 1 point in time and i ran sooo rich with everything perfect.. When i put the D16a6 in Rich problem went away.. Just an idea.. tryin to help ya..

Are you joking? This thread is over 7 years old. Either the guy fixed his car or he bought a new one. Jesus Christ.

And, truthfully, the only way you are going to tell if your car is running rich or lean is to examine the fuel trims. Better yet, you need to perform a 5 gas analyzation of the exhaust gases and run the numbers through a lamda calculator. Then you will know.

I found the dizzy shaft under the rotor to have some corrosion on the Accord I had, taking some emery cloth to it and cleaning it up did wonders in helping it run right. Before that, it seemed to run awfully rich.
