Im planning on doing a LS/VTEC and i want to know your experiences with it. Good or Bad.

 

first step is to find a good deal on a jdm longblock, its way cheaper and less time consuming then finding a head that cost 400 and is incomplete. the upside to getting a longblock is that you have a low mileage motor (not guaranteed) and you have extra parts to build with i.e. pistons, water pump, oil pump and so on, plus you'd have a spare block to fall back on.
