Default SMOG help/advice

Can anybody help me with this? These things are kinda hard for me to read, and i was wondering if anybody had any advice on anything i could do to help it pass the things it didnt or reccomend a shop in the Bay Area that would help.

First thing is that i didnt know if the Check Engine light was on that it would fail automatically. I wouldnt of even take it in. Either way, the guy didnt tell me so he charged me after he tested it. The light turned on when i switched my stock 95 gsr exhaust for my friends 99 gsr exhaust. Mine had a rattle i wanted to solve so i switched the two. It solved the rattle, but the light came on.

All i have is a AEM CAI and DC 4-2-1 Header which i didnt think would do anything

The gas cap i guess isnt holding the right pressure or what not so i guess i can buy a new one.

The emissions is what im really having questions about.

Thanks everyone for reading.

High HC and CO are, as far as I know, a sign of a bad catalytic.

is that a 4 wire o2 sensor? if so i believe it doesn't matter what obd, it needs all four wires, except for obd0 which is a 2 wire sensor..hook that up and that should fix it!!!

if connecting those wires back up doesn't work then just get a carsound high flow cat. it should help you pass smog and is a lot (I MEAN ALOT) cheaper than an oem cat and it flows better
