What is the best intake manifold for b18c turbo charged

PLease let me know what is the best intake manifold for b18c turbo charged.

now i am using a type r manifold is it good enough?
i am thinking to custom made an aluminum intake.

Basically ,this is the option i have
type r intake manifold,custom made or jg x elbroke(by the way the b18 or the b16)
