Hi guys,
I was just wondering if anyone know if anybody out there makes a bolt-on 2.25" car for CRX's.
I want to avoid a trip to the muffler shop, but if no one makes a bolt on cat then I guess that's what I'll have to do. So if nobody makes a 2.25" bolt in cat, what is the correct length cat I need (dont wanna jeck the car up and measure it), and should I go with a carsound, catco, or random tech?
TIA

Some list of manafacturers who make bolt-on exhausts for the CRX. Im sure some of them have applications for 2.25" but I think more are a lil bigger.
Greddy/Trust SP2 Exhaust
RS*R Exhaust
Thermal Research and Development
There are more but I can't think of any atm. These all follow the stock configurations and sound great.
On catalytic converters? I know that Catco is probably the most costly because its a direct OEM replacement. Random Technology makes great exhaust parts but they are also a bit expensive. Carsound/Magnaflow Cats are cheap and pass smog but make a farty noise cause their high flow. On my custom magnaflow exhaust, Im using the carsound cat because my stock cat gave out due to Carbon build up. I passed smog with flying colors though.

catco is decent...just get the one for the crx, then you dont have to measure it. they are only around $99.
i had a random tech cat on my car...but it blew up when the rotor in the dizzy came loose. (molten **** flying out of the exhaust at night looked pretty neat...i was pissed though) im sure that under normal circumstaces the quality is fine.
