obd2 to obd1, code 14 IACV, wont idle. Any ideas?

97 GSR did the obd1 conversion and now the car throws a code 14 and won't stay idling. I never had a problem with it before and am a little confused. TIA.

Did you touch the IACV? Because it's pretty sensitive and prone to breaking if you put too much force on it.
