Default cams

I have and old head left over from the swap. Will the cams bolt right on to the old head or do I need to do something to them first.

I bough A 91 SI with a motor that had slipped a sleave. Put a used motor a wile ago. Broke the timeing belt last weekend.Put a new one in and I'm getting no compresion on the #1 cylinder. So that means bent valves. I still have the head of the old engine so I am going to take it and have it checked. If its good ,can I take the 2 cams off the old head and put them on the other head with no prob or is there something that has to be done first?

If the cams aren't damaged, I don't see why not...as long as they're both H23s.
