how can you fix a head thats completely seized????

Default how can you fix a head thats completely seized????

dammit i was putting on an itr head, and that pos just completely seized up on me.
we tried turning the cams and it was locked up.
we pulled out the head, assembled the head, tried turning the cams and still wouldnt budge for crap.
im now stuck putting my b16a head back on
oh well.
anyone know how to fix a seized head?
help please

that's bad, once i slightly assmembled my d16z6 head a little wrong and it was turning over pretty tough, just take it back apart and reassemble it from the bottom up, slowly and carefully.

disassemble the head... camcaps/cams mainly.

then try to see if the valves are stuck in the valveguides, if so that sucks for you

might try tapping the valves loose with a mallet with the cams out, after lubing them all up with liquid wrench then motor oil.
