ne honda tuners around toms river?
i need to get this car to start runnin.. so if ne oen knows of ne one who can fix my 97 ex with a b16a2 swap let me kno.. i need someone with a dianostic tool cos im outa ideas forw ats wrong thanks

ahem? i know there is a phiz in CT, i see your from NJ but i think hes worth the drive, he street tuned my bros turbo gsr and he has 220 HP to the wheels at 6 pounds of boost. 
for PHiZ, check posts for Ad4mGSR i think he posted about a tune and phiz commented in it that he could.

What kind of person are you looking for? A shop? Just some random person with some know-how to help you out?

You do know that you can check your engine codes for free, right? Just jump the ECU clip and that's it.
EDIT: Sorry, didn't really think about the term "diagnostic." True there could be other things you can diagnose, but just letting you know about the ECU codes.
