Ratchback

Hi there i installed a pioneer head unit and the wires are all messy however i got them to stay put and the front speakers on each side of the car aren't hooked up all the way and i can't get the top 2 screws off the speaker because the door panel is in the way, what should i do to get the wires to stay put in the speakers.

i just take a pair of needle nose pliar's and crimp down on the spade connectors and i havent had to touch them since
