Default swap question for 92-95 civic coupe

I am about to do a swap with probably a 95 dx coupe and I just want to know what a good setup would be for a swap+turbo. I would just like to know what the best motor for the swap will be for boosting. Thanks any answer would be appreciated

1.8 ls motor would be your best candidate for turbo setup.

kinda depends on budget and preference. ls is a good candidate. or for ease you can do a sohc vtec swap. that way you dont have to change anything but ecu. and you can make good power from a sohc turbo setup. but im biased cause i love beating up on gsr's and si's with sohc power.

best bang for your buck is buy a d16z6 and turbo it... or build it and turbo it. not too many people really do this but your gonna save alot of money and you can really make just as much power man...

plus you dont need to get a new tranny or mounts etc.... the swap is hella easy.

and if you blow your motor, well then you ok cause u can get another one for hellla freakin cheap since all the boys disgard their sohc's like my dad eats pancakes.
