Erradic idle with new ECU?

Erradic idle with new ECU?
Hey,
I just plugged in a chipped P30 into my OBD-2a with a Lightning Motorsports conversion harness, and it seems to idle funny at stops.
It sounds like and old V8 with a big cam, flutuating between 700 and 1500 RPM.
I don't believe it's a vacuum leak, being that it idles fine with the OBD2 P73. Could it be the program? It's a Spoon program.
...Or should I just maybe go get it tuned A.S.A.P.?
