Default What Insurance Company will insure a fully modified Civic?

Any recommendations for which insurance company to go with the insure a fully modified civic? It has built motor - cams, sleeves, ITBs etc..., brakes, suspension, rollcage in the future. I got totally screwed by Prudential when my last civic was stolen early this year. I will have all receipts. Will an appraisal be necessary? Any of you had a car stolen or damaged and had your insurance company honor your receipts and make good on the claims? Any idea how much more my premiums might be? I've also heard of "stated value" policies, but Prudential and Liberty Mutaul have told me that they will not insure modified cars, only "customized" cars. Thanks for your help!
