00-01 ITR's have basically that same cam as CTR.

00-01 ITR cams are the same as CTR's. if you have pre 00 cams, then the lift is the same but there is 3 degrees more duration.

Yup, the profiles are so similar from the pics and threads I have read that its useless to say they are different.

There is only the very slightest difference on the intake side.

I don't think anyone's actually ever measured it on a dyno, but the dyno-proved difference would not be sufficient enough to warrant changing the cams if you already have '97-'98 USDM ITR cams.

Maybe 1-2 HP, with a perceived seat of the pants difference in responsiveness at some RPM. And you could only measure the difference on the same car...for some reason a stock '97 USDM ITR will dyno a couple of horses higher than a stock '00 USDM ITR, even though the '00 car will feel stronger and have slightly better acceleration.

i would think it's in the 3-4hp area.. the reason honda did that was to conpensate for stricter emissions and ecu software in 00-01 than in 98.

LOL.... I guess they didn't forget the time they had dealers waiting for 100 ITR that were impounded at the dock for emissions violations.

Mr. commanda said that the switch in cams was done with a few other things, so it wasn't possible for a straight comparison. But from the sounds of it, it does sound like 3-4whp or less.
