Default Is the p28 ecu the best choice for NA and skunk2 IM?

OK before you guys ask, no I do not have the manifold just curious about ecu. I am going to run Crower stage 2 cams there valve train kit, cam gears, Invidia exhaust(same as RS*R and Skunk2), test pipe, and prob. modified DC header for now. Eventually run some Types S pistons. Anyway I want to get the Hondata S200 and though about getting the P28 since it doesn't use the secondary runners. But I read in a thread somewhere that the knock sensor could not be used. Don't I want to keep that or not? Just need info on the best ecu to use with the hondata and this set up. Thanks guys if you can help me out.

As you will probably read from that thread the knock sensor is almost useless and it will not damage your motor due to removal of it. Also, the Skunk2 IM does not have secondaries. The P28 would be a cery good choice with Hondata/Uberdata.

I will be going the the p28 Uberdata route and I already have my Skunk IM waiting in the closet.

They come from the 92-95 civic ex/si. I got all the info I needed from the thread that Daboi630 showed me. Read that and see if it helps you understand why people r useing them.

Be concerned more on how the ECU program will be tuned...with a well tuned program, a P28, P13, or P72 will run well with your setup. Its not about what ECU you will use, its how well its tuned for your setup.
