How do I clean my fuel pump?

Car ran out of gas, the pump is pumping just not enough fuel to get to the filter. Any Suggestions?

Replace fuel pump.

Also, could be as simple as your fuel filter.

u may have picked up trash from ur tank. it migh be the filter.

Never run out of gas. The bottom of your gastank probably is filthy and something might be clogging your system.

its prolly a clogged fuel filter. Same thing happened to my uncle he took the fuel filter off stuck a screw driver threw it and unclogged it. lol he did it the redneck way
