Trace the wiring back all the wat to the battery.
Disconnect the starter. What is the voltage then? etc etc

umm.. you may have a floating 12 volts on your battery, that doesn't mean you actually have any cranking power. After my car sat for 6 months I had to charge my battery back up before I could even crank my car.

Lights are bright, and lights are still bright during crank. I will try a yellow top.

Try jumpstarting it with another car.
Does that work?
If so, drive around for 20 minutes or so...
Try to start her up again.

Its not the battery. Anyways, the ground i had on it wasn't good enough. It turns over now. Its throwing a code for Crank Angle sensor now. And i don't know if its the dizzy itself, or if its the wiring for DPFI to MPFI. ****. It starts but it runs really really rough..

Any ideas?

The two wires that you needed to add for the MPFI swap. I did mine without it originally and got the cel, redid it when i did the engine swap and everything worked out just fine after that.
