Default should I change my fuel filter?

About a month ago I hydrolocked my DA6. The new engine is about ready to be put in, but I'm not sure whether I should change my fuel filter/empty out fuel tank or not -- would the water have got into the filter/tank?

Also, should I have my injectors cleaned? (since they've had water flowing through them)

TIA

I don't see a reason as to why water would get into your filter or injectors. Intake manifold sucks in air, injectors "inject" fuel into the combustion chamber. You don't need to change them... unless you want to.
