does anybody on here know him ? he was selling a FAST system on here about 3 weeks ago . i sent him the $1150 for the system and have got no package or a tracking number . he doesnt respond to my IMs (i see his SN online all the time) or PMs either . i sent out the money order on 8/02/04 , its now 8/16/04 .

i always use to see him post in here so thats why i posted this in here . at the moment im out almost $2000 . im also waiting for a $700 refund from a H-T sponser . that has also been about 2 weeks .

yea i dont know what to tell myself either i sent him a money order from the US post office . i have always heard bad things about pay-pal so i never signed up for it . if i get burned on this im selling everything , im done .

If you read the posts I posted. It seems like he lags on shipping or does not ship at all. I know the one time the buyer contacted ART turbo and the buyer evenetually got his money back. So if it comes to that you can try to contact art and see if he can help you out.

Cut him a little slack, though... I got $1150 out of the clear, blue sky I'd be taking a vacation from work face down drunk in a ditch. For at least a week. He's probably just sobering up now...

Have you contacted the USPS to see if the MO has been cashed?

 

i havent really had any time to check , i guess i will have to make some time tomorrow .

 

I did have the same problem with him on a boost controller. But he ended up sending it. It was only about a month late. Good luck
