watch out...rOby = scammer!!!!!!!!
roby where is my money you promised you would refund to me...2+ months ago??
here is the story guys..
got a money order on the 6th of july and sent it out to rOby..was buying a msd digital 6 from him for 220 shipped..waited a few weeks and got nothing..so got in touch with him too ask what was going on??he claimed it dropped from the shelf while cleaning the garage and it broke so he was going to send me a refund..so ok, i was cool.
waited a few more weeks and no refund..hmmmmm call him up and he claims it came back to him..guess his adress was way of somehow..ok so i give him my adress again and he reads it off correct....ihe says he will get it out in a day or two...wait a few days ..nothing..call him up and he says it went out...ok..wait a few days more and call him.now he says he sent it out yesterday..a personal check....ok..wait a week or so more..still nothing..try getting in touch with him..but now hes ignoring me..wont answer my phone calls..wont return my messages...wont answer AIM pm's, or h-t IM's...then arturbo gets in touch with him and rOby finally IM's me on h-t..says to give him my paypal adress....he says he was gonna cash the MONEY ORDER out and paypal me...hmm i thought it was a personal check??anyhow that was 2 weeks ago and now once again i am getting 100% ignored..

F*CK THESE SCAMMERS BRO. $220 is rightfully yours. contact his local police and file a report. also contact the Post Office and file mail fraud.

bump so everyone knows bout this guy...and yeah he sold the nitrous kit..traded it but last minute took stuff out of the kit and still traded and tried to justify it later

well, its about time ive seen all this.

ya i thought we had it figured out to , but for some damn reason i still have yet to get **** from them....and what happened with roby and i was a really messed up situation..... i still think hes a ok seller, and he is for sure a good guy because he helped me late late at night with putting a kit together......we just still dont talk anymore....

Roby has always been helpful to me as well. I actually bought the turbo he was selling(SC61) with no problems. I don't know the entire story behind everything, but I know that my transactions and his helpfulness has always helped me out.

wait a minute, jsut curious but return to sender slips from ups?? because he wasnt home?? they dont return it to sender there homie, they take it to the hub and leave a message on the door so it can be picked up, they wont just send you a "slip". how do you know this you might ask? it is because i am a shipping and receiving clerk and deal with ups, fed ex, and usps everyday. sorry but i just had to state that.
