ok, well first of all , its nice to have the great state of washington to aim me in one night. you must understand how pleased i am to hear that every two seconds im getting an im, do yall ever think that i might not be the only one to use it? you'll get addressed when i get on.

i dont owe you any money, where is the 250 you owe me? wait , i get it, you owe me 250 but then want me to give you more money? it doesnt work that way. ive been too nice to everyone and i end up getting shitted on. you purchased the kit on a payment plan, 150 down and 125 each consecutive 2 weeks thereafter. you didnt even send the entire 150, you stuck me w/ the paypal fee. you got the kit and all was dandy, i even called you to help you tech it out so you could assemble it. how many other ppl are willing to call at 2am at night to help you?..and yes, i do have a life outside of my room. 2-3-4 weeks almost go by and you still never send the concuring payments. you explained you lost your job, well heres the bad part, TUFF **** you still find a way to pay. maybe if your "friends" would lend you some money instead of stayn on aim to msg me we wouldnt have a problem. actually we have no problem at all. i agreed to take the kit back since ive been nice to you, and do i have a kit, NO. i dont care if you "sent" it, if its not here then its not here! i even agreed to purchase a gauge from you to help you out, dont you think i could get a guage cheaper since i sell the stuff? i told you when the gauge got here, why wouldnt i tell you of the kits arrival ? the facts are this, i shipped kit, you failed to make payments, you agreed to send kit back....now thats where our tale stops. i even thought itd be nice to just give ya 75 bucks to help you out since the package was lost?...but wait, arent i already down 250? i sold you a kit at a better deal than anyone else has gotten, you even tell me your bringing me customers and i talked to the pacific nw almost every week to a bunch of dreamers that never deliver. your vw buddy told me he'd buy a kit so i ordered another one...wow, guess what justin, he flaked. as far as im concerned this is rather comical, you have everyone you know im me. it even goes to the extent of fake police officers...haha wtf. how can you even get a guy to message me who owes you in excess of 500 bucks and sent you fake skunk 2 cams? haha. i hope you can understand, i should have been a dick and charged you a 20% restocking fee . if you feel differently about the situation , feel free to drop on by my neck of texas, youve got my address...

i didnt block you, my family did. i did however block your "friends" due to the other 1000 ims i got sayn how bad of a guy i am. as far as im concerned the deal is over, im not taking anymore of a loss for this kit.

Justin, you need to prove to him that you have UPS confirmation that the nitrous package was receieved. This will help out a lot.

 

IMO You guys need to work together to get back at UPS, if they confirmed and it wasnt delivered they owe you both, get along and help each other get back what you lost. fighting wont help

why didnt you take insurance on the package..ive told you a 10000 times that my neighborhood sux. when you said that the package had signature confirmation, thats a lie. my ups man always leaves slips if im not their w/ a reminder to pick up the package at the station. as far as anyone signing for it, ups said there was no signature or signature confirmation. that kit is worth to me more than a 150 bucks. why would i tell you that the gauge you sent me got here and not the kit, its not logical.

Roby, do you believe that Justin sent the kit, and that UPS delivered it to your door? How long did Justin have possession of the kit?

 

i sent the kit out!, thats the thing roby. why do i have any reason to lie to you and i was the one who was asking u for days if you got it, and yes roby is a very honest and good salesman i wont knock him on that. but i sent the kit to you, and remember i tried to get ups to do insurance on it and they wont because it was a confirmed delivery!

 

What's the point of showing us those pictures? We could actually care less what your door looks like, and we all know what a cheep Autometer Nitrous gauge looks like. The more I think about this this is of no fault of Justin's. Justin sent it back as he said he would, he gave you a tracking number, and it was delivered to YOUR house. It is not his fault where you live. That just seems like an excuse to me. You would think that since you live in suck a bad neighbor hood, UPS would know not to leave packages unattended at your door step where they can be taken. I'm not in any way saying that you received the kit or not, it just seems like you are trying to blame Justin for stuff that was out of his control. Since it was delivered to your house, and you say it could have been taken did you file a police report? What have you done to help resolve this Roby?
