What version of a B18 would be the easiest to drop into a 95 Del Sol SI.

I don't really care if its JDM or not, I'm not in that JDM or nothing mind set. I was looking online at some B18B's and B18C's will that go into my car w/ out to much hassle?

and what type and year of cars did they come out of? (so i can look at the local Junk Yard for a motor)

And do you know of any articles or books on the subject?
