1 - be happy anyone read your thread. next time make the title into something better then "Help me". i.e. Air Fuel problem or code xxxx.

2 - what is done to the car

3 - what year, model

4 - when is the last time the fuel filter was changed

5 - do you ride with a low tank of gas a lot? if so STOP that ****.

6 - in your engine bay find the fuel pressure regulator. is there a vacuum hose attached to it? if not, find where the hell that went and attach it.

something in your air fuel mixture has gone bad. your car is in limp mode and will not switch to the high lobe fuel map.

1-ok, sry man im new...(about title)

2-nothing, its bone stock h22a4

3-1998, base

4- ive only had the car for 3 mounths, and ive never had it changed

5- i have a few times, and i will stop now.

6- hose is attached

took to a guy that works on imports, he told me that if im not in any gear and i rev the car and it stops right at 6500. then i have ether faulty igntion or ecu. is that true?

Change the fuel filter. if you do it yourself, you will facilitate the process significantly with the purchase of a crow's foot flare wrench 14 mm..

Also, check your plugs color.

Then the function of your fpr and fuel pump.

Then injectors.

ok, i dont know the code by # but i know that it translated to "fuel air meter" in the book.

also, i check my oil(cause the oil light came on) it was a little low, probly could use a change even though it only has 2300 mils on it...but the bigger thing is it smelt very rich...like it was mixed with fuel...so im thinkin head gasket now...
