from what i know they primarily deal with dsm's and evo's. they have alot of experience with the ems on those cars, but im not so sure they have much honda experience.

i will be heading back up that way soon though

Jd!

when they trained you guys in ems, was it car specific? that is one of the main concern i had.

They are really close to me so I went to check them out and they struck me as the type that really dont want to bother with you unless you have an evo or a vr4 and the price they gave me was rediculous so that why I havent had mine tuned yet.I was supposed to have jdogg tune it since all I hear is very good results from him but I ran into some problems so I wasnt ready for his roadtrip. I will be seeing him soon as so should you sorry for taking up this post with my problems but he is the man to see in my opinion.

Turbo Trix people are nice. $400 for a full aem tune, and they gave me good prices on all the aem products. The only thing is that I didn't see any Hondas in the shop.

JD's name is very well known, but I work so much, I might have problem meeting him on his road trip.

aem training DOES NOT teach you HOW to tune, it teaches you how to use the software.... thats it.. and no, its not car specific.

next time i come up it would be a friday - monday road trip... probably the 1st weekend in sept. if i can get a couple of you guys to comit to that weekend i will deffinatly roll that weekend.

the guys at turbotrix do awesome work they did alot of the work on my 2000 boosted si and are very dependable. they have always been nothing but friendly to me, although they specialize mostly in the dsms and evo's they have years of expierence with great techinicians. IMO i will pay then extra money to be insured that i have a reliable trustowrthy tune.

TurboTrix mainly specializes in evo and dsm stuff but thats mainly in part to having a Evo8 Shop car.

They use the aem ems quite reguraly and from what I have seen and heard about them there top notch. I would let them tune the car.

Talk to good ol Mike. He will take care of you.

Turbotrix rocks. They know EMSs really well and I would have no issue with them tuning one. I believe they just did an EMS in a turbo viper that did 1000+rwhp.
