personally unless its the "performace model" t3 super60 from like garret or turbonetics, they run out of steam on the top end. if its the factory ford type model i am reffereing to.
the B16 just revs too high

Re: (hamburgler)
Using the JY Ford 60/48 I made 237 @ 8psi, and 272 @ 14ish with a 60/63
237 was 10.2:1, and 272 was 9.7:1 (US ITR pistons)
Yes the TQ started to dump early up top, but I really liked this turbo on the street.
Besides the HX35, one of my favorite all around JY turbo's for cheap HMT builds.

we had a t3 super 60 from a chrysler on an ls vtec motor i built for a friend, and using ITR cams, we couldnt really take advantage of the cams because the turbo just ran out of *** before redline, maybe on a stock B16 it will be okay. but i have seen the 60-1hifi, t3 make over 400hp, kind of a different turbo tho

no you didnt, T3 super 60 never came on any factory cars, the 60/63 did
the super 60 has a different trim/wheel than the reg 60/63

you are correct we used the 60 from a saab, after oil starvation form using the wrong port(the one in the front of the head) he had it rebuilt to a t3 super 60, and it STILL wasnt enough to power the ls vtec to redline
