Can not get past 3200 rpm....Code 6 and Code 9 Now what?

Can not get past 3200 rpm....Code 6 and Code 9 Now what?
Crx DX converted to mpfi using a D16z6 and P28 ecu with locashracing conversion harness...
I have tried everything I can imagine for the cylinder position sensor... switched all the wires around... still nothing with that one... tried to reset the ecu... CEL came right back on.
For the Water Temperature Sensor, is that the one on the thermostat housing? I dont have any plugs to put on this sensor. How do I wire it up and what color wires go to it?
It wont let me about 3200 rpms... it just bounces like it has hit redline then dies out till 2200 rpms. then just idles at 1200 rpms...
What have I done wrong everything else seems to work okay?
