hey all, i got my sh about a year ago and never really though about it, but i was wonder how often u need to change the oil in the atts system, and how hard it would be to diy

I changed the fluid in mine at 45,000...but that was because I thought the ATTS unit would leak like the transmission does when you have the axle out.

It is pretty straight forward. There is a drain plug on the firewall side...I think is says MCU above it. The fill and level plugs are on the CV axle side, and you can get to them with the wheel/tire off with an extension or two...and maybe a swivel. I think fill plug is a 14mm, and the level plug is a 10mm. And the drain is a 17mm. ...but just so you don't have to chase a socket down...I'd drag a 12mm down there with you.

Make sure you fill it back up with Honda ATF!
