Default question about oil pressure sensor

do i need it? i am finishing up my turbo install and i was wondering if i need to install it back on, will it mess with the ecu or throw it into limp mode? i am going to run uberdata and it will be in closed loop because i have a wideband and no O2 sensor so i was wondering if i need to install it back on

no u dont "NEED" it. the only thing it does is control the light on your dash.
i personally like aftermarket oil pressure gauges as mine saved me a couple times
