Default 7lbs on a stock b16a2

Tuned for 7lbs last night, feels great. I'm i've set the AFRs to 10.5-11:1 in boost for extra safty with about .75deg retard per lb of boost.

The car really hauls now, feels like 50 more hp i'm guessing over 200 at the wheels now.

I just wanted opinions on what the max safe psi i can run tuned? i can't afford to break anything.

Oh and i think my clutch is slipping (stock b16 clutch ) cause after acceleration through all the gears i can smell the burning... yuck.

First gear is really fast once boost hits! Looses traction in first and a little in second...

i <3 boost

7psi doesnt mean a whole lot. it really depends on the turbo setup. on most kits 7psi will yield anywhere from 220whp-270whp

what are u tuning it with man?

Hondata? Urberdata? Chrome

What Size injectors, with a good tune u can run 9 to 10 psi on your b16

i would go with some RC 440 or if ur poor like me, lucus 440 injectos, just a laser style spray witch is still very good for turbo cars, and go with a 255 fuel pump and a fpr, u can get a filter filter and a rail if u want the bling like me

with a good tune u can run 9 all day and nothing will go wrong, just keep it a bit rich, i have been runing 12 psi on my stock y7, no idea why isn't hasn't blown up yet, i beat the **** out of it

Yeah i know that how much power the car is making is a bigger factor in terms of stuff breaking.

What i'm worried about most is peak cylinder pressure, the stock head studs and blowing my headgasket

i've notice that the overflow tank level is up about one cm some time after boost... maybe a little more than 1cm. sometimes it's not though?

Oh and the car overheats if i boost a lot on the free way and it's over 70 degrees well not really over heats but it gets close to half way up and would probably keep going up if i didn't stop boosting and turn the heater on full blast. I guess i need a duel core or maybe a full size radiator!

it's all about the UBERDATA alex!

i'm using dsm 450cc's the rest of the fuel system is stock, doesn't seem to have a problem keeping up at 7lbs and 10.5:1 AFRs but i'm planing on a better pump and a FPR before i go any higher than 7lbs. New clutch to! i want an exedy twin plate but they are expensive, even at cost (which i can get just about anything for )
