Default Overheating during track only. normal driving a-ok

I was at Buttonwillow a few weeks ago and after every couple of laps I would have to pit because my temp needle gauge would rise to 3/4 from 1/2.

I own a CNR Radiator, Mugen Thermostat and Fan Switch. Coolant levels are good, it has been bleed properly countless times.

Normal driving is fine.

Anyone know:
1. What could be wrong?
2. What if I tracked the car w/o a Thermostat?

Thanks in advance. Buttonwillow was fun. First time running full course with star mazda.

Another thing to note is that it only rises when cornering on the track and also, it started a few months back when I went off into the gravel at Streets of Willow.

Is everything plugged in? No loose wires/connectors?

how old are your fluids? what kind are you using?

I blew a headgasket not too long ago and was burning coolant endlessly but no coolant was taken from my overflow tank; I was told that this is because of my high pressure spoon radiator cap; I'm kind of sketchy about that explanation. I'm just bringing this up in case you are only checking coolant level from the overflow tank. Maybe you are low on coolant.

I have the same problem, especially when I was using the Spoon rad cap. Now it seems to be better when I use the SLANT rad cap that it came with the C&R Racing rad. I'm also using Motul Inugel Ultima (orange) and it helped quite a bit too.
