Default Brakes. What brakes?

Ok heres the problem. I finally have my car ready for an auto x event (kw coilovers and rear disc, better pads, stainless lines ect.) Well tonight the master cylinder was changed to an ex master cylinder along with a salvaged 4040 prop valve and super gold brake fluid. I wanted to go to an auto x event tomm so I can tune my suspension and to finally drive my car, it has been a long time since my last event at beaver. Well basically no auto x for me tomm because I have no brake pedal until I push it all the way to the ground I have e brakes but at speed I do not want my brakes to fail
Any suggestions on what can be wrong with my brakes. A rollcage is going to be going in soon but i need to get this whole brake thing figured out before that happens.
Someone please help I need to get back to racing

Thank you Robert Ostrowski

It really could be anything at this point with all the mixing and matching of new parts. Search for info on MC swaps including bench bleeding, then check for leaks. Finally, grab your shop manual and properly test the new equipment to make sure you didn't introduce a new problem into your system.
