Hey i need help with my brakes, it is still spongy yet i bled the brakes
So the problem is:
My brakes have to be pushed all the way down before i stop. Pumping the brakes wont fix the problem.
What i've done:
I replaced the master brake cylinder and i went to midias and paid $60 to get the brakes blead prof. and my brakes still suck. The tech guy said i probally have the old granger (i think thats what he said. If not its the O Ring shape thing) in the master brake cylinder.
So i went home took off the master brake Cylinder and checked. There was only one.
I also fliped the granger so it faced the other direction and the brakes still dont work.
My brakes don't squeek and pumping the pedal doesn't help. What should i do?

Did you do anything to your car? Sounds like it could be anything from prop valve to your check valve is flipped.
Never heard of a granger.

Take it back and either make them fix, or make them *show* you what is wrong. Brakes aren't something to expletive with. Big safety issue. BTW, bring someone with you when you return. Two people if you can (They can just stand there and not say anything at all). Shops respond better that way.

wow 60 bucks to bleed brakes
"professionally"
heh
i hate having to bleed my brakes, invariably, i have to do it what seems like thousands of times...pain in the ***.
did the problem just start on its own? or did you swap brake components and introduce air into the system?
just wondering
