Yeah, the tial BOV is spring loaded. I read from http://www.roadraceengineering.com that these are recommended for high HP cars. If you run low boost they sound like a dying dolphing under your hood. That is what they said, I dont have a tial BOV so i cant back that up.

I do have a Greddy Type-S BOV that is adjustable. Its loud and i can adjust it for whatever boost i run (no spring needed). I like it. But tial makes real good products. I saw go with greddy type-S. But i would also like to hear how the tial BOV holds up. Good luck.

1st-gen DSM. Works every time, even under very low boost.

Turbo XS RFL is loud, thats why its called RFL => "REAL PHUCKEN LOUD"

you just need to have it mounted further away from your throttle body and closer to your turbo.

The HQS SSQ is adjsutable via bolt on the end so you can adjust the stiffness of the spring to your desired boost level or "sound" shall I say hehe.

so by adjusting the pin on the back of the hks ssq you allow it to handle more power/psi??

In a sense yes. the more boost.t he higher tension you would want to set it to.
